Brenner Remodeling does all phases of residential remodeling specializing in kitchen and bathroom design and remodeling and all types of tile installation.

About Jay Brenner
Education
Graduated from Hofstra University in 1980 with a B.A. in marketing.
1974 - 1976
Began remodeling career in New York City doing painting work and light repairs.
1976 - 1982
Expanded scope of work to commercial and residential remodeling. Specialized in renovating Manhattan Co-ops (typically 6,000 - 10,000 SF) and Brooklyn & Manhattan brownstones.
1982 - 2001
Outside consultant for Guardsman Consumer Products / Solidex Division. Traveled the country on behalf of Guardsman presenting seminars addressing the design and fabrication of Solidex solid surfacing products.
Recognized as an expert in the design, use, fabrication and installation of solid surfacing materials. Certified, master fabricator of all the major brands of solid surfacing materials.
Owned and operated a Cabinet shop in Yonkers, New York, that specialized in fabricating furniture and counter tops from solid surfacing materials including: Avonite, Corian, Surell, Solidex and Fountainhead.
Expanded operations to Westchester County, New York, including but not limited to Larchmont, New Rochelle, Rye, Rye Brook, Chappaqua, Scarsdale, and nearby Greenwich Connecticut, focusing on high end bathroom and kitchen remodeling from design to completion.
2001 - 2002
Was the ouside, lead kitchen and bathroom contractor for Expo Design Center, New Rochelle, NY. (Expo Design Center is a subsidiary of the Home Depot Corporation.) Was responsible for the more complex kitchen and bathroom projects..
2003 – 2014
Expanded operations to the Berkshires in Massachusetts.
Have designed and constructed a multitude of successful residential and commercial projects.
